Overview
The Rink HK is one of the top ice rink in Hong Kong. They promote pay as you skate, automatic, and convenient. The primary objectives of this project was to design and develop the official website, replacing the reliance on Facebook, and enhancing the overall user experience. To align seamlessly with their brand identity, we decided to create a modern and electronic-theme dark design. Roles

In this project, one of the most challenging aspects was effectively translating the WordPress platform to the clients. Since the website's information needed to be frequently updated, the clients expressed a desire to manage the updates themselves. However, WordPress can be complex for non-designers, making it difficult to explain each step for various sections of the website.To address this issue, I made the decision to create a comprehensive set of documents. These documents were designed to provide clear, step-by-step instructions tailored to the clients' perspective. By putting myself in their shoes, I anticipated potential problems that could arise and offered solutions within the tutorials.
